Orders are created on clearance of payment and are usually despatched within two weeks. An email will be sent informing you that your order has been despatched.

Frame styles may vary but will always be white.

* All frames are sent Royal Mail, Signed For, 2nd Class

Please complete the table below with the following details:

• Family members name as you would like to see it printed
  i.e. Dad, Mum, John

• If the family member is a child, their age (under 18s only)

• If they are a girl, whether they have long or short hair
• If a pet, please state either dog or cat with their name

Place each family member in a box to correspond with the chart opposite.

£20 + P&P* (Up to 4 family members)
